Read First Before Buy Spanner Armorers Installation Uninstallation Suppressor
I receiver the order quickly and it was the item I ordered. It fit well and looks good, however the set screw was stripped from the dealer. No tension was achievable, the hex head screw just rotated in the hole. It did thread out and back in but wouldn't hold tension on the barrel. I have submitted an email to the seller and waiting a response. I will update this review upon the completion of the transaction. I think a metal insert with threads would be a better set up, but for the money I can't complain too much. FOLLOW UP: I sent an email about the set screw and without further conversation the product was replaced. You can buy from this vendor with confidence. Outstanding service and they stood behind the product with no hassles whatsoever! Just a great experience all the way around.

As cheap as many that don't have the rubber grip or the other notches, this worked great for what I needed and will work for other needs in the future as well.

BalasHapusHad the standard birdcage flash hider and wanted to reduce muzzle flip, so put on an FSI Competition Muzzle Brake (which eliminated like 90% of the flip) and will soon also try a Rainier XTC.
Actually, the factory birdcage was put on so tightly that I, without having a proper vice, was concerned about damaging the barrel or its threads so I asked our range gunsmith do the first swap. After that, once he loosened the initial connection, this tool worked like a charm.
