Read First Before Buy RUGER 10 22 Flash Hider
I receiver the order quickly and it was the item I ordered. It fit well and looks good, however the set screw was stripped from the dealer. No tension was achievable, the hex head screw just rotated in the hole. It did thread out and back in but wouldn't hold tension on the barrel. I have submitted an email to the seller and waiting a response. I will update this review upon the completion of the transaction. I think a metal insert with threads would be a better set up, but for the money I can't complain too much. FOLLOW UP: I sent an email about the set screw and without further conversation the product was replaced. You can buy from this vendor with confidence. Outstanding service and they stood behind the product with no hassles whatsoever! Just a great experience all the way around.

I am looking for a 18-20 inch .920 diameter fluted polished steel barrel and am looking for answers on brands, cost is somewhat of a concern but would rather pay extra for quality and accuracy. I would also like to know wether it is worth it to I vest in a compensator/flash hider or if its just aesthetics on a .22 thank you for your input!

I would like to buy a smaller caliber semi-automatic rifle, and I am having trouble choosing between a Ruger Mini-14 or a Remington 597. Because of the situation, I would also be buying a pretty good scope, possibly with infrared, a laser sight, bipod, extended magazine, flash hiders, suppressor, etc. Which should I get and with what accessories?
