Read First Before Buy UTG Airsoft U 958SH Weight Precision
ok so i bought this gun because i wanted a gun with power, and good quality.
This was the absolute right choice. i shopped around looking at reviews and such and in the end i chose this. It is a beautiful gun. it shoots like a champ. right through cardboard like its butter. It is really powerfull. it has a real aggrestive cocking sound. shoot is great, hardly ever jams. and if it does all you do is remove the clip and pull the hammer back, and the bbs fall out through the hole on the top.
This gun really hurts. i shot my friend from 6 feet away and it broke his skin, it got bruised, and it started to bleed a little bit.
Pros
gun is really high quality
shoots well and real powerful
recommend .2 gram bbs
cons
nothing
btw you should buy .2 bbs because when you shoot the gun outside the .12 start to curve.
FPS peaks at 270 FPS and would sometimes drop to a maximum of 230 with .2 grams. Not bad for a starter. ALL plastic except safety and blow back guide rod (Don't take it the wrong way, this gun is not blow back). This springer is amazing for the price. As a 2 year vet in airsoft skirmishing, this has been my favorite of all springers. ABS plastic is EXTREMELY durable on this gun. Safety is located where the slide catch should be which makes it very convenient. Field stripping is easy for cleaning and repairing. Barrel is aluminum, and really tight for increased accuracy. Plastic grips are removable for replacement. Two of my favorite features of this gun is the double action, working hammer. Although it holds no real purpose, it looks pretty realistic. The other feature you have to admire about is the open ejection port. When the slide is pulled back for cocking, it reveals the BB chamber and barrel making it convenient to clear jams. This M92f from HFC is 1.5 pounds with magazine making it really realistic. Overall, I would have to say, I would buy this pistol again anyday. But, the brother of the UHC spring M92F, the V2 Arms M92F GBB is now my secondary. I would recommend the springer though for starters.
BalasHapusi am an extremely experienced airsoft enthusiast and believe me when i tell you that this gun at $12.68 is a steal my friend shot me in the arm with it from about twenty feet and it hurt like hell i also got hit with it at close range and it left a blood fill welt in the midle of my cheast this gun is very realistic as far as dimensions and apperance are concerned it has a realistic open ejection port which is the very first thing that caught my eye the second is that it is a 1:1 replica to the original beretta m92fs it has a nice weight to it and it fits perfectly into my swiss arm tactical holster this is a must buy and recomended to all levels of airsoft experience.
BalasHapusSure this model isn't ready for pro skirmishing with it's low FPS. It fires best with .12's I'd say. But it looks and feels great! Very realistic looking! I was expecting it to be abit lighter than it looked but it turns out that it's actually, quite fairly weighted. The gun is mostly plastic but don't let that bring you down. Note: If you collect airsoft guns or in need for something to use as a film prop, this is one for the armory. Buy one and see for yourself.
BalasHapusPros: Realistic, fairly weighted, feels almost like the real thing. The details and prints on the gun are amazing. The gun also doesn't give off a shiny plastic gloss. Fantastic for film prop, and action sequences!!!
Cons: EVERYONE LOVES springers with slides that can lock back, sadly this one doesn't. :( Mostly Plastic, feels like it can possibly break if dropped so be careful!
Overall:
'sides the fact that the slide doesn't lock back, I can get over that. In all I just gotta say, I LOVE IT!
The UHC M92 is one of the BEST spring pistols out there! I bought mine about a year and a half ago.
BalasHapusUnfortunately, mine broke :( But not because of a low quality issue, it was because of me; using it and messing around with it almost everyday, until the cocking spring guide got so warn out that every time I pull it back, it won't cock. But hey, I loved this gun to death, and Im definately going to buy ANOTHER ASAP! I had a black one, and I am going to get another in black! I know you shouldn't do this but, I colored the orange blaze tip black to go flush with the rest of the gun. IT LOOKED AWESOME! I used black nail polish so it wouldn't wear-off like sharpie or something.
PROS:
Heavy
feels great in your hand(s)
full size magazine
great magazine capacity [25 bb's I believe]
cocking hammer
DEAD ACCURATE (use 0.2g or 0.25g bb's for best results :D)
Beretta Logos for MilSim
Sounds great when you fire it
Fires HARD >250fps
Looks FREAKIN BADASS
Excellent Hop-Up
CONS:
nope ;D
I Highly reccomend this to ANY Airsofter!
I'm gonna buy a black one AND a silver one!
also if you are buying this, get at least 1 extra magazine ;D
I also colored the sights with a bright, neon green nail polish and it increased my aiming in the dark by at least 10x! I Highly recommend doing it!

This is my second airsoft pistol and I couldn't be happier. This gun is very accurate and shoots fast. I was really surprised with the weight of the gun. I picked it up and it felt as if you were handling a real gun. I would recommend this gun to anyone.
BalasHapusI really love this pistol. UHC/TSD/UTG has become my favorite airsoft brand, as a collector, because of the low prices but high quality.
BalasHapusIt is very durable ABS plastic, that feels and looks very realistic for the most part. It has a working safety, working disassembly pin and hammer, all of which are metal, and open breech in the top, which is a great detail to include on an M9 (the last Crossman M9 I got didn't do that).
I personally have no complaints about the gun, but two of my friends who are US military veterans didn't like 4 things, compared to the real M9s they used in the service:
- Rear sights have no night sights.
- The slide stop does not work, and is, in fact, the safety on this airsoft gun.
- The real safety is just molded on detail.
- Disassembly pin has to be pulled out to take the gun apart, instead of just turned.
That said, they both thought it was a pretty good looking and feeling gun, otherwise.
If you are new to airsoft, it makes a great first gun. It has good power for a spring pistol and it makes a great side arm. Great buy. Good for the price. Highly reccomended.
