The level of customization on this holister is excellent. I'm 6'4" with broad shoulders and I had this fitting like a glove in 10 minutes. This is by no means a quick draw holster or a concealed carry. You could use it for the latter during jacket wearing weather but the holster is deisgned for fullsized guns. My Tuaras 92 loses itself in it, in a good way. It allows for laser and light attachments. I liked that feature but the design of my light attachment (ridges around the lens) makes holstering the pistol a two handed engagement so I've got it straped up sans light. I ended up cutting off the velrco strap that over laps the button snap. I feel that was overly reduntant and removing the strap one handed was a pain. It's great for the price. If I feel the need to purchase another one I think I would consider a paddle holster made for the pistol model or another shoulder holster with straps across the chest.

For the price, this is the best there is out there. Very sturdy and very adjustable. Most of the shoulder holsters of this price range are made for airsoft guns and toys, but I carry a Ruger p95 and it carries well. I'm a thin guy so the horizontal type doesn't work well for me, especially when carrying under a jacket
BalasHapusOK, I have to admit, I'm a little surprised. I really didn't know what I would be getting for this price. But I'm very, very pleased. This is a great holster, fits well and has so many adjustments that it would fit just about any one. The holster will hold easily a full size 1911. It's a little big for a Glock 27 or Ultra-carry, but they still fit, even with laser sights on. This is really a great buy for the money, especially if you're like me and just want an occassional shoulder holster. Of course this is never going to replace a Galco full leather rig, but it's also not $[...]! The shipping was extrememly fast. The rig is very, very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

BalasHapusI do mean as perfect as one can expect for something that isn't custom built for my gun. With the laser I have on the gun, there are no holsters made that will fit it other than a customizable option like this. With the XDm Competition that has a 5.25 barrel it goes right to the end of the holster but is still completely covered on the sides from top to bottom. Thus it couldn't be a better length for the XDm 5.25. Sure it's not the fastest draw as is but a person could easily make it twice as fast with some scissors. Personally I think it's fine the way it is but if you don't, cut off the secondary velcro retention strap, easy fix.

Much higher quality materials then i expected seeing that the price point is so much lower then the other so called higher grade shoulder holsters. Do not think that the low price means less quality because this product will last you a good 2 decades or more.

BalasHapusI purchased this shoulder holster for my weekly trail rides in the mountains. First, this rig is well constructed and is indeed very adjustable. The velcro straps that secure the system to your waist work better than snaps. It is clearly designed for a fairly large semi-auto. I carry a long slide Glock and it has room to spare. A rather simple, yet ingenious, internal adjustment gives the gun a good fit and additional exterior holster adjustments help keep the gun firmly in place.
BalasHapusWhen you first use this shoulder rig you "feel" the weight. However, after only the second time out I was surprised at out comfortable and non-obtrusive it was. I have owned other systems (Uncle Mike's). Nothing against those products...this is simply a better buy for the money and the double shoulder straps definitely make a difference. If velcro bothers you and you want high concealment with the ability to "quick draw", this is not the rig for you. If you want a comfortable rig for the outdoors so your have your side arm when you need it...this is the one for you.
For the price you cant beat this thing. Very comfortable and got it to fit me fast! If you want a cheap holster that is badass this is your best pick.
