It must have come from the factory set up for someone who weighs about 400 pounds but once I eventually got it adjusted to fit me and played with it a bit, I didn't have anything to complain about. The magazine pouches hold 6 M4 and 6 pistol mags up front and there are two pockets (one on each side) that will each hold another rifle magazine but I probably won't use those. The pistol pouches don't have any elastic around them so you'll have to keep the velcro closed over top of them or they may fall out. I have Taurus PT92 and Sig Sauer SP2022 (both 9mm) magazines I tried in them and the Sig mags were a bit tighter but they were still a bit loose. That's kind of disappointing because I like to use open top pouches but I could just sew the elastic on myself if I really wanted to though. The M4 magazines have paracord straps on them but I took those off. The pouches are deep and tight enough that I don't worry about the rifle mags falling out. The shoulder straps are much more comfortable than the other vest I had been using. They're a little closer in toward the chest and they PADDED! I didn't realize until I got it and looked over it a bit that all the pouches are sewn on so you can't move those around but there is still a bit of room on either side for more MOLLE pouches if you need more rifle or pistol mags. This is perfect for me because I wear the MOLLE stuff for fun when I shoot. I don't need a full front and back plate carrier.

when I opened my package I fell in love, nicely packaged, fast service. My heart did sink a bit as soon as I saw made in China, but product is made to last I can tell. From personal exp as a soldier, its a great chest rig, even for a short person like me at 5'4" I had to tighten it to its limit but fit good, overall I would most definitely recommend!
BalasHapusThis thing is exactly what it looks like. Decent quality.(better than expected) Great for tactical classes, running and gunning ect. Comfortable when fully loaded and you still have a good range of motion. You will have to tailor it to fit your body type. It seriously would accommodate a 130-400lbs. person.

BalasHapusi read a review about this chest rig from someone else and he said he almost could not make it fit because it was to large and commented that it would probley fit a 400 lb man well that is what i am and let me tell you he was dead on. it fit perfect and still had room to adjust out very well made and i am super happy holds 4 pistol mags and 8 .223 ar mags and could hold 6 psitol mags but i put a light and knife in the two other pouches real happy with this so you big guys can rest asured that it will fit the way you want
BalasHapusThis is an excellent product for law enforcement or civilian use. Rugged and well made. Additional pouches complete the users requirements
BalasHapusThis is a great set up that meets expectations. When it's fully loaded it does seem to stick out from your chest quite a ways but that is to be expected. The pistol mag pouches are a little bit tight for .45 mags but will fit them.
BalasHapusThis is a very nice rig for the cost. However, it will not fit AK mags. I repeat, will not fit. The quality is excellent however.
