Read First Before Buy Military Steel Armorers Spanner Wrench

This scope is a great deal, I looked at about 20 different scopes (both locally and online) between $30-$175 before settling on this one. In the price range I couldn't find another scope with all the features of this one.

PROS:
Price
Clear optics
Holds zero (mounted on a Ruger 10/22 with 600+ rounds)
Zero locking and resetting features are easy to use and work well
Solid rugged construction (I've jostled the gun it's mounted to and knocked the stock more than I'd like to admit)

Cons:
The only gripe I have is I wish the illumination was a bit brighter. I shouldn't even list this as a con because I knew it wouldn't be as bright as I'd like before i bought it. For clarification the illumination is plenty bright for the intended purpose, IE. early morning or closer to dusk, but under a noon day sun on a clear day it's just barely noticeable which i was hoping wouldn't be the case so I could use it to contrast against large silhouette targets. All in all a great deal and a quality optic, I'll be buying the full size version as well.

Read First Before Buy Flashlight Laser Sight Barrel Adapter

I bought this for a JG G36c airsoft rifle. I had some minor difficulties installing it initially because there are slight differences between the mountings for the JG G36c and the real thing. I had to shave down a couple parts of the rail to make it fit, but once I did it fits perfectly and raises the mount point for a reflex sight by about an inch and a half. The rail is extremely sturdy and well constructed, and has very low profile "iron sights" on the top as well, although these will be unusable if you choose to install optics on the top rail. The integrated 3.5x scope is decent, but I was unable to adjust it very well using the stock adjustment screws (this was mentioned also by a couple other reviewers). I got better results after replacing the stock screws, but was still unable to completely zero the scope. Not really a big deal since I got this to elevate the top rail in the first place. All in all, a nice product, may need some tweaking if you intend to actually use the scope.

Pros
Great looks!
413-419 FPS after cleaning with .20 BBs (out of the box).
369-375 FPS after cleaning with .25 BBs (out of the box).
ABS plastic (very convenient!)
Heavy (8.5 pounds)
Long stock barrel (363mm) (I'll try to upgrade to 6.01mm x 425mm)
Magazine is perfect (good feed, tight fit and absolutely no wobbling)
Medium noise level
Magazine, outer barrel, sights, rest tube and gearbox are metal built.
Feels very sturdy.
6 positions stock crane.

Cons
Battery compartment is tight (but manageable).
No sling hole near the stock. It can be added later using third party parts. Nevertheless, it has one flat sling hole on the crane and one optionally attachable extra ring on the RIS system for ribbon type sling.

I'm using FireFox LiPo battery 7.4v 1100 mAh 15C which is very compact, fits like a charm and let the securing screws fit in without problems (using just thumbs to lock in place). When buying a battery check for short cables (like lipos do have) or use Teflon tape to compact cables in order to get them out of the way to properly close the compartment with the spring screws.

Luckily I got the black version although I ordered the desert tan version (a plus for me since I prefer the black style). Anyway it's the same JG F6613 model. (Took a little research to get the model info before receiving the gun).

Finally tried the gun. What a great experience! Maximum and effective distance is really good (about 150 feet)! LiPo battery lasted all day (and beyond). Front iron sights are detachable and were slightly out of center (turned to the left). I used an hexagonal 1.5mm screwdriver (Allen wrench) to loose the little securing screws and turn the front piece 3 degrees to the right. Presto! Iron sight is now set perfectly! Anyway, I highly recommend using a red dot instead! (As I do, to expand my field of view!). Also, get a grip (optionally with bi-pod) to hold it on front.

Definitively, it's an awesome gun!
